In fact, our beetroot and purple corn crops are a clear example not only of the support of the Lombard territory but also of the revaluation of agri-food waste (purple corn cob).
The implementation of these innovative strategies applied to the agro-food sector, supported by scientific research, is the fundamental path for development higher quality active ingredients for a healthy use.
