CirCo project - Circular Coffee - for the possible valorization of a coffee by-product
CirCO Project – Circular Coffee - aims at upgrading coffee silverskin by valorizing all its components. Indeed, from this by-product could be broken up into cellulose, lignin, lipids and some phenolic compounds. The project is funded by Fondazione Cariplo and INNOVHUB.
