Shiitake

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler) is an edible mushroom native to East Asia. It has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine to improve health and longevity.
Shiitake mushroom extracts have also been studied for its immunological benefits including antiviral properties. They are also one of the few natural sources of vitamin D2.
