Since 2018 we sowed Camelina Sativa (L.) Crantz with the objective of implementing new crops to meet a sustainable future for agriculture.

Camelina Seeds

Camelina Sativa

Camelina (Camelina sativa L. Crantz) is a small shrub that grows to heights 120 cm, with branching stems which become woody at maturity.

Its four-petaled flowers are pale yellow in color and cross-shaped. During the growth, it produces a pear-shaped fruit, known as siliqua, containing from 10-25 seeds. The seeds are orange/brown with a length of about 2-3 mm.
