Silymarin, the most bioactive compound in the plant, has hepatoprotective effects thanks its anioxidant, anti-inflammatory activity.


  Sylimarin, the main bioactive compound present in the plant, has shown important protective properties for liver damage thanks to its antioxidant activity and its ability to promote the synthesis of liver proteins.
