Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.), belonging to the Hippocastanaceae family, is a type of tree that grows throughout the Northern Hemisphere.
In herbal and folk medicine, horse chestnut has commonly been used to relieve symptoms such as swelling and inflammation and to improve blood vessel health.


  Horse Chestnut is rich in a group of molecules known as aescins that contribute to regulate the blood circulation showing beneficial effects for varicose veins and veinous insufficiency.
